艾海集团成立于1997年，经过多年的努力，艾海现已成为国内外市场认可的专业公司及全球领先的滑石粉生产商，让客户满意、合作共赢，践行社会责任，是我们多年成功的基础。

当前的大环境不仅对我们、对国家、甚至对全世界来说都是充满挑战性。我们同时面临着前 所未有的疫情危机、能源短缺、海运高涨、区域战争和政治动荡引发的不确定性和挑战。这些动荡不仅对供应链造成了严重伤害，也可能使全球经济陷入严重衰退。

展望未来，在集团愿景“艾海前进2025”项目推动下，我们将更加专注于加速执行业务增长战略、可持续发展计划以及绿色矿山发展的投入，继续巩固艾海品牌实力。

AIHAI is extremely proud to be marking our 25th Anniversary – a significant milestone that attributed to a wholehearted commitment to our core values and corporate cultures, our highly energized and talented employees and their families, and most importantly our service commitment to our customers.

AIHAI was officially founded 25 years ago, but our wealth of expertise can be traced back to more than 75 years ago. Reflecting on the rich history of this company, we began as a state-owned company, and subsequently privatised in 1997 to gradually become a global leading talc producer. All these changes over the years came with great efforts, resulting in AIHAI being recognized in the market as a professional company, which drives its business through knowledge, expertise, hard work and focus on market needs driven by a sustainable approach.

At present, it has been a very challenging year not only for us, but also for the country, the world and the whole of humanity. We are now facing uncertainties and obstacles caused by unprecedented pandemic crisis, rising energy costs, skyrocketing ocean freights, wars and political unrests that have not only wreaked havoc on supply chain, but also crippled the global economy.

Looking ahead, under our medium-term corporate vision “AIHAI Forward 2025”, we will be focusing on accelerating the execution of our growth strategy and sustainable development plans, while continuing to build on the strength of our brand. Our dedication to complete customer satisfaction and our valued relationships will remain the foundation for our years of success. The task ahead is quite daunting, but by putting our acts together, we will perform collectively to achieve our vision.
